Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise business applications. This role combines enterprise application support, business analysis, technical consulting, and project leadership. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders, application vendors, and internal teams to deliver technology solutions that improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support and administration for enterprise line-of-business applications.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and user access issues across multiple business units.
- Coordinate with software vendors, infrastructure teams, and external partners to resolve complex production issues.
- Support SaaS, cloud-hosted, on-premises, internally developed, and hybrid application environments.
- Lead application upgrades, migrations, patching initiatives, and enhancement projects.
- Serve as both a Functional and Technical Business Analyst, conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and process discovery.
- Develop documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process maps.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, providing status reporting, risk management, and issue tracking.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and support AI solution integration.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, IT systems analysis, IT operations, enterprise application support, or related technology roles.
Skills:- Proven experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple business units.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and business leadership teams.
Technical Requirements
- Enterprise Application Platforms: Experience with SaaS, Cloud-Based, Hybrid, and Custom/In-House Developed Applications.
- Atlassian Tool Suite: Proficiency in Jira Administration, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Identity & Access Management: Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), SSO, and Identity Governance concepts.
- Infrastructure & Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall concepts, and load balancers.
- Integration Technologies: Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- AI & Emerging Technologies: Understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Application Integration.
- Data & Reporting: Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SAP BI, Sisense, or Microsoft Power BI, and SQL query development.
- Database Technologies: Knowledge of Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and data modeling concepts.
- Automation Technologies: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and workflow automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Legal, Claims, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, Compliance, Asset Management, Land Management, or Risk Management applications.
- Experience with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and application integration strategies.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions and automation platforms.
- Professional certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform, or related certifications.
