Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled TSOM BPC / TSM BPC Consultant with strong expertise in telecom service operations and business process consulting. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization initiatives, align telecom operations with industry frameworks, and enhance service delivery efficiency across OSS/BSS ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :
• Analyze existing telecom service operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
• Design and implement business process solutions aligned with TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across:
Service Fulfillment
Service Assurance
Billing domains
• Ensure alignment with industry standards such as eTOM and ITIL
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, business units) for seamless implementation
• Support system integration and transformation programs involving OSS/BSS platforms
• Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations and post-implementation support

Required Skills & Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecom operations or business process consulting
• Strong understanding of TSOM / TSM frameworks and telecom business processes
• Hands-on experience with OSS/BSS systems and telecom service lifecycle
• Knowledge of:
eTOM framework
ITIL practices
Process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications;

• Experience in telecom digital transformation initiatives
• Certifications in ITIL, eTOM, or BPM tools
• Exposure to automation and process optimization technologies
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
