Hexagon EcoSys Administrator
San Jose, CA
We are seeking an experienced Hexagon EcoSys Administrator to support enterprise project controls and business applications. The selected consultant will provide day-to-day application administration, production support, cloud application coordination, reporting assistance, environment migration support, and integration activities between on-premises ERP systems and cloud-based project management solutions. ThisThis role will work closely with business users, application vendors, and technical teams to support ongoing system enhancements, new module implementations, data integration, and production deployments.
Responsibilities
Provide application administration and technical support for the enterprise project management platform.
Support implementation of new application modules and enhancements.
Assist with production and non-production environment migration activities.
Coordinate application deployments between staging, test, and production environments.
Support reporting requests and troubleshoot reporting-related issues.
Collaborate with vendor technical teams for cloud-based application support and issue resolution.
Support integrations between on-premises ERP systems (PeopleSoft) and cloud applications.
Perform data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound interfaces.
Assist with developing and maintaining data extracts and interface modifications.
Participate in technical meetings with business users, project teams, and software vendors.
Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures.
Required Skills
Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Hands-on experience with Hexagon EcoSys (preferred).
Experience supporting PeopleSoft applications and integrations.
Understanding of cloud-based SaaS applications.
Experience with production deployments and environment migration.
Experience with data mapping and interface troubleshooting.
SQL experience for reporting and data validation.
Knowledge of staging, test, and production environments.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project controls or capital project management systems.
Experience working with Hexagon products.
Experience supporting cloud integrations.
Experience with ERP systems, especially PeopleSoft.
Knowledge of ETL or data integration processes.
Experience working directly with software vendors.

XML/JSON data formats
Microsoft Azure or cloud platform exposure
ITIL or production support experience
