Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Washington, DC (100% Onsite)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience leading projects or business initiatives.
2+ years of IT Portfolio and Customer Relationship Management experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II or higher) required.
Advanced Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional preferred.
Experience driving Agile transformations and Agile adoption.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
Government or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
