Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar technologies
Experience building API-driven applications and event-driven architectures
Strong SQL skills and database design experience (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.)
Experience working with asynchronous workflows, messaging systems, or queue-based architectures
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building AI-powered products, agents, or LLM integrations
Experience with AWS cloud services and modern distributed systems
Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation platforms
