Job Description:
>> Project Delivery Management in partnership with the Chief Product Manager to maintain a deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs
>> Own day to day delivery orchestration for data migration squad, including coordination of migration readiness, sequencing, and validation activities
>> Identify, manage, and address dependencies with external programs working closely with the Technical Product Owner (TPO) and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
>> Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
>> Coach the squad on pragmatic application of SAFe principles in a highly interdependent, delivery-focused environment
>> Support ART level ceremonies such as PI Planning, Inspect Adapt, and System Demos
>> Act as a central coordination point between Product Analysts, Technical Product Owners, architects, and delivery partners
>> Maintain Jira plans, delivery boards, and execution metrics to ensure transparency
>> Leverage Confluence to document delivery plans, assumptions, and key decisions
>> Help manage risks and dependencies related to data quality, system constraints, and migration cutover activities
>> Enable effective collaboration between globally distributed team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
>> At least 7 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Coach on technical delivery teams
>> At least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions
>> At least 1 year of experience in the Medical Device industry (familiarity with regulated environments)
>> Strong project management skills including planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation
>> Strong experience supporting data migration, system modernization, or platform transformation initiatives
>> Demonstrated understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
>> At least 1 year of experience leading teams through a Product Increment (PI) cycle
>> Experience leading globally distributed remote teams with significant cross-squad dependencies
>> Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
>> Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
