Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Business Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document functional, technical, and business requirements for projects of varying complexity
* Translate business needs into technical and data solutions; Support analysis, design, and enhancements
* Produce clear business and technical documentation for development teams and end users
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Work with architects, developers, and project managers to define use cases and solution designs
* Contribute to project planning, timelines, and delivery milestones in alignment with PMO standards
* Support data platforms and BI solutions, including user training and adoption
* Lead requirements reviews and presentations for business, technical, and leadership stakeholders
* Translate business needs into data warehouse and BI solutions
* Present analysis results to management, technical, and business stakeholders
* Contribute to project planning and delivery in support of project managers
* Support user training and adoption of data warehouse and BI platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience defining and maintaining end-to-end data platform and data warehouse requirements
* Strong communication skills, effectively presenting solutions to business, technical teams, and vendors
* Experience working with sensitive healthcare data; Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy controls
* Solid understanding of enterprise data warehouse, BI, and analytics solutions
* Strong data analysis, data profiling, and SQL skills
* Familiarity with AWS, cloud databases (e.g., Snowflake), and BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
