Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.

Backlog Ownership

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.

Sprint & Release Planning

Lead sprint planning sessions; set sprint goals and coordinate releases with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage regularly with stakeholders customers, business leaders, UX, engineering to gather feedback, align objectives, and ensure ontrack delivery.
Value Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs, measure feature performance, and adapt roadmap based on analytics and customer feedback.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Act as a liaison across UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations to ensure successful execution.
Risk & Issue Management

Identify impediments and drive resolution; balance stakeholder demands with delivery capability.
