We are seeking an experienced Telecommunication Lead Engineer with strong background in Oil & Gas EPC projects to join our team onsite in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of engineering deliverables such as MTO, datasheets, specifications, equipment layouts, and cable routing
• Review and ensure contractor deliverables meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and clients to finalize telecom system designs
• Perform FEED and detailed engineering for telecom systems
• Design and review systems including LAN/WAN/WLAN, PABX, Radio (UHF/VHF/TETRA), VSAT, Microwave, Fiber Optics, and Structured Cabling
• Work on security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems
• Conduct engineering calculations (power consumption, heat dissipation, fiber link budget)
• Perform telecom studies such as PAGA coverage, CCTV coverage, and radio coverage
• Support procurement activities including technical bid evaluations
• Provide inputs to Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil teams
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field
• 10–15 years of experience in Telecom Engineering
• MUST have Oil & Gas EPC project experience (Upstream preferred)
• Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering
• Experience with telecom systems like PAGA, CCTV, Fiber Optics, Radio Systems, VSAT
• Experience working with EPC companies like Fluor, Bechtel, or Worley is highly preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Must be willing to work onsite in Houston, TX
• Must be able to work on W2 (No subcontractors)
