Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Tester with NeoLoad to own and define the enterprise performance engineering strategy for a large-scale program. You will lead load testing, capacity planning, and monitoring across complex SAP, CRM, API, and cloud ecosystems.
 

Work Details & Location

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote (Virtual work with periodic onsite presence).
  • Work Location: Harrisburg / Middletown, PA.
  • Travel Requirements: Must reside in the Continental US (PA local or within commuting distance preferred). Requires onsite presence approximately 1 week per month for key project milestones (PI Planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, etc.) and an initial 1-day onsite orientation for equipment pickup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise performance testing strategies, workload models, SLAs, and SLOs.
  • Lead end-to-end performance testing across SAP (BRIM, S/4HANA, CM, Datasphere), Dynamics CRM, APIs, middleware, and mobile/web platforms.
  • Architect, administer, and build automated regression testing frameworks using NeoLoad.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, system tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Present performance risks, bottlenecks, and executive reporting to leadership.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years in IT, 8+ years in performance engineering/load testing, and 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Core Tooling: Expert-level experience with NeoLoad.
  • Tech Stack: Strong expertise in SAP (BRIM, S/4HANA, Convergent Mediation, Datasphere), Dynamics CRM, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.
  • Core Competencies: Workload modeling, capacity planning, stress/spike/endurance testing, and cloud performance monitoring.
  • Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or Engineering. NeoLoad or Cloud (AWS/Azure) certifications are highly preferred.
  • Clearances: Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal background checks.

  • Format: Interactive technical interviews (In-person or remote as scheduled).
