Hiring: Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead

Remote – EST Hours | 2+ Years with Possible Extension

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead to support global Mergers & Acquisitions integration programs.

This is a hands-on implementation role focused on integrating acquired companies into an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment through configuration, process alignment, testing, data migration, and deployment.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience
Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
Strong hands-on Oracle Cloud configuration experience
Deep functional expertise in:
- Record-to-Report
- General Ledger
- Financial Accounting Hub
- Subledger Accounting
- Cash Management
- Financial Close and Intercompany Accounting
Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and legal entity onboarding
Strong experience with CoA mapping, ledger setup, and financial data migration
Experience leading fit-gap analysis, functional design, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare
Strong accounting, reconciliation, financial-close, and stakeholder-management experience

Preferred Experience:

Oracle EPM integrations, including FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS
REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
Large-scale global acquisition and transformation programs
Oracle Cloud Financial certifications
