Job Responsibilities:

Lead business needs assessment and requirements gathering for enterprise application enhancements.
Design and implement scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
Configure and support Oracle Financials, Procurement, and EPM Cloud solutions.
Work with ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Close and Consolidation Service).
Translate financial, accounting, and operational requirements into system configurations.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
Support the full SDLC, including requirement documentation, design, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to governance, compliance, and reporting standards across financial systems.

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP Financials and EPM Cloud.
Expertise in business process modeling and financial systems analysis.
Hands-on experience with ARCS and FCCS implementations.
Proven ability to handle complex functional and technical challenges.
Experience across SDLC phases and enterprise solution delivery.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
