Summary

Position: ServiceNow Developer 
Type: 6-Month Contract (100% Remote)
Project Goal: Integrate Moveworks Agentic AI with ServiceNow to automate enterprise workflows and self-service support.

Core Responsibilities

  • Integration & Architecture: Connect Moveworks and Creator Studio with ServiceNow ITSM/HRSD modules via APIs and webhooks.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and optimize end-to-end automated workflows triggered by conversational AI interfaces (Teams/Slack).
  • AI Agent Configuration: Use Moveworks Creator Studio to build custom AI agents capable of resolving complex employee requests.
  • Security & Access: Configure ServiceNow permissions, ACLs, and data schemas to ensure secure, role-based AI search execution.
  • Performance Tuning: Monitor system logs, troubleshoot integration failures, and refine search relevance.

Required Technical Skills

  • ServiceNow: 4+ years of development experience (ITSM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, GlideScript).
  • Moveworks: Direct experience configuring, tuning, or deploying Moveworks platforms.
  • APIs: Advanced proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and JSON parsing.
