Job Summary
|
Seeking an experienced O9 Supply Chain Planner Functional consultant to support and execute supply chain planning processes across demand, supply, inventory, production, capacity, and S&OP/IBP functions. The role involves planning cycle execution, scenario analysis, exception management, stakeholder collaboration, and support for business planning activities.

Key Responsibilities
|
- Execute and support planning activities across demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP/IBP processes.
- Manage day-to-day planning cycles and ensure timely completion of planning activities.
- Analyze demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and production constraints.
- Review planning exceptions, shortages, excess inventory, and capacity constraints.
- Perform what-if and scenario planning analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support planning requirements and processes.
- Support planners during active planning cycles and resolve functional issues.
- Monitor planning KPIs and provide actionable business insights.
- Validate planning outputs and ensure data consistency.
- Work with functional, configuration, and technical teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support UAT, business validation, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Serve as a liaison between business planners and support teams.

Required Qualifications
|
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Hands-on experience with O9 Solutions.
- Functional knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Production/Capacity Planning.
- Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
- Understanding of planning models, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, dashboards, and workflows.
- Experience analyzing supply-demand imbalances and planning exceptions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
|
- Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, or Anaplan.
- Basic SQL and data analysis experience.
- Experience in CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, or Consumer Products industries.
- Exposure to Agile delivery and production support environments.
