  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing

Infrastructure & Technical Oversight
  • Provide technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and security operations
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex incidents and critical production issues
  • Guide architectural decisions and infrastructure improvements
  • Promote automation, standardization, and best practices throughout the environment

Security & Compliance
  • Partner with the team to maintain a secure and reliable infrastructure environment
  • Support security operations, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning
  • Contribute to regulatory and compliance initiatives, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST-aligned practices

Project & Vendor Management
  • Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and communicate progress
  • Manage relationships with key technology vendors and service providers
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and strategic technology planning

Process Improvement & Automation
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation and infrastructure modernization
  • Support the use of scripting, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices where appropriate
  • Ensure documentation, monitoring, change management, and operational standards remain current and effective

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems, networking, or related IT disciplines
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and cloud technologies
  • Experience supporting production environments and managing operational priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with incident management, business continuity, and operational best practices

Preferred
  • Experience with Linux and Windows-based infrastructure environments
  • Exposure to automation, scripting, DevOps, or infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
