Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.
  • Design, test, and implement new manufacturing methods, tooling, and equipment improvements.
  • Develop production layouts, workflows, and equipment configurations to optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Analyze production data, labor utilization, and material flow to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, process standards, and engineering reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and support ongoing improvements to manufacturing processes.
  • Assist with new product introductions and engineering change implementation.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in a production environment.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong CAD experience (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, fabrication, machining, or industrial assembly processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
