Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Governance & Compliance Analyst to support portfolio governance, reporting, and compliance activities. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and presenting performance data while ensuring adherence to governance standards and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining documentation, tracking dependencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the portfolio in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support enforcement of governance standards, policies, and processes across the portfolio Monitor project compliance and assist in updating governance documentation Maintain and update dependency logs, coordinating with project teams to manage interdependencies Support project onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance Assist in end-to-end reporting including data collection, analysis, and visualization Analyze compliance and performance data across departments and prepare reports Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support governance initiatives Required Skills: Strong understanding of project governance and compliance processes Experience with dependency tracking and reporting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and data analysis) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills Preferred Skills: Experience in Technology or Financial Services industry Familiarity with financial reporting and portfolio management Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Understanding of governance frameworks and best practices Education: Bachelors degree preferred (Business, Finance, IT, or related field) 35 years of experience in governance, project management, or reporting roles Education: Bachelors Degree
