Summary
Title: Field Coordinator - (Wastewater treatment/UPW)
Length of Contract: 12 months, potential to convert after a year (C2H)
Location: Onsite Location: Malta, NY
Drug and Background, EHS onsite training after start (paid training)
Skills: high purity chemicals, Wastewater treatment and process systems knowledge, copper treatment, Fluoride removal, (UPW) Ultra-Pure Water, general Operation and maintenance knowledge for Facilities
Required:
- Familiarity with facility equipment for Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP and process exhaust systems logging
- High Purity Chemicals and wastewater treatment process systems knowledge
- Experience in industries (Semiconductor Manufacturing , Specialty Chem. , Advanced Manufacturing)
- Upkeep and maintenance of spare parts, and EHS requirements
Specific Responsibilities:
- Be an active participant in all Facilities safety programs and help ensure compliance with all EHS
- Assist facilities operations engineers to coordinate Facilities utilities ( UPW and various Drain systems) Turn on and Turn Off activities with manufacturing tool owners
- Assist in the creation and amendment of operations and maintenance specifications and procedures
- Support troubleshooting of UPW & WWT systems and Chemical valve manifold boxes(VMBs) during offload operations.
- Perform Basic maintenance on various equipment including but not limited to AODD pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Reverse Osmosis units, Multimedia Filter, Ion Exchange units and Chemical waste treatment trains
- Support and participate in maintaining workspaces and systems to meet Fab8s 6S program
- Assist and participate in the response, investigation, and resolution of contamination or other Quality issues.
- Participate in the qualification of new chemical and slurry lines or systems and the facilitation and qualification of process tools.
- Partner with other Senior Technicians and Management in identifying training requirements and safety procedures in assigned specialty areas
- Partner with Engineering, Staff technicians and other specialty technicians on various facilities projects including system modification and upgrade
Plusses:
- UPW and M&E Operations and E-Logging, SCADA monitoring from FMS of cleanroom facilities, maintain contaminations free manufacturing environment and ensure uninterrupted facilities utilities supply to manufacturing process tools.
