Summary

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter L3 Support Consultant for a long-term remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Teamcenter production support, Active Workspace, BMIDE, and Teamcenter version 2312 onwards. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and support experience in enterprise PLM environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 production support for Teamcenter applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues
Support Active Workspace configuration and issue resolution
Work on Teamcenter BMIDE customization and deployments
Perform root cause analysis and incident management
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
Support upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance
Ensure system stability and application performance

Required Skills

Strong experience in Teamcenter L3 Support
Hands-on expertise with Active Workspace
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter BMIDE
Experience with Teamcenter version 2312 onwards
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience supporting enterprise PLM environments
Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Teamcenter integrations
Prior experience in global support environments
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
