Summary

We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager (TOM) to lead the strategic development and execution of cyberspace workforce initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive cyber experience to shape workforce plans, strategies, and guidance that ensure our personnel are equipped, trained, and ready to meet evolving cyberspace challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyberspace workforce plans aligned with organizational goals and national policies.
  • Create strategic guidance to support manpower, personnel, training, and education requirements within the cyberspace domain.
  • Address and adapt to changes in cyberspace policy, doctrine, materials, force structure, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workforce readiness and optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor industry trends and evolving threats to continually refine workforce strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity experience, with a proven track record in operations, strategy development, or workforce planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable, reflecting strong project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 USD hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
