Job Title: Voice Project Manager (Junior-Mid Level)
Location: Remote (Up to 20% Travel Required)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-months (with potential annual extensions based on funding)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Voice Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of voice and contact center initiatives. Must have a strong foundation in network project management and hands-on experience with voice/contact center deployments.
You will work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of voice and contact center projects
- Coordinate with network engineers, telecom teams, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
- Facilitate meetings, stakeholder communications, and project updates
- Ensure alignment with technical requirements and business goals
- Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities
Required Qualifications- Experience in network project management
- Hands-on experience with voice/contact center deployments
- Strong understanding of telecom or VoIP technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
