We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and documentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile software development environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
Prepare:
- Business Requirement Documents
- Functional Requirement Specifications
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Process flows and use cases
- Product or feature requirement documents
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development and QA teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams developing applications using Azure Cloud, .NET, and React.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value, customer impact, risks, and dependencies.
- Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria.
