Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia, PA/ Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Duration: Long term on W2

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear stakeholder management and communication across all project phases.
Create and maintain detailed documentation including:
Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirements Documents (FRD)
User Stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with IT teams to support development and ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Support testing activities including UAT by validating delivered solutions against requirements.
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong expertise in:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Requirements Gathering
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to translate business needs into clear, concise functional requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate, construction, or homebuilding domain (preferred for Toll Brothers projects)
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
Experience in process modeling and workflow documentation
