Responsibilities
Data & Platform Ownership
Work on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as the foundation for CJA, Integrate and unify data across web, mobile, email, contact center, and offline channels. Ensure accurate identity stitching (person-level profiles) across datasets
Analytics & Insight Generation
Build and maintain metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields
Develop cross-channel journey analysis (not just channel-specific reporting)
Enable self-service analytics for business users via no-code UI
Customer Journey & Personalization
Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify:
Drop-offs
Conversion drivers
Engagement patterns
Support real-time segmentation and audience activation
Partner with tools like:
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
CDP for personalization use cases
Stakeholder & Program Collaboration
Partner with:
Marketing
Product
Data engineering
Translate business requirements into analytics solutions
Enable adoption through training, governance, and documentation
