· Work on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as the foundation for CJA, Integrate and unify data across web, mobile, email, contact center, and offline channels. Ensure accurate identity stitching (person-level profiles) across datasets
Analytics & Insight Generation
· Build and maintain metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields
· Develop cross-channel journey analysis (not just channel-specific reporting)
· Enable self-service analytics for business users via no-code UI
Customer Journey & Personalization
· Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify:
· Drop-offs
· Conversion drivers
· Engagement patterns
· Support real-time segmentation and audience activation
· Partner with tools like:
· Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
· CDP for personalization use cases
Stakeholder & Program Collaboration
· Partner with:

· Translate business requirements into analytics solutions
