Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic Data Infrastructure Transformation initiative. This role will partner closely with our internal team to drive execution of an existing project plan, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of key data platform initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive project manager with experience managing data, analytics, or cloud transformation projects involving technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

-          Drive execution of the existing project plan and maintain project momentum.

-          Coordinate and track delivery across multiple workstreams, including:

-          Tableau migration

-          Fivetran deployment

-          Data infrastructure modernization activities

-          Facilitate collaboration between IT, Data Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.

-          Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

-          Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committee communications.

-          Maintain project documentation, action logs, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards.

-          Work with technical leads to identify blockers and escalate issues as appropriate.

-          Ensure project deliverables align with timelines, scope, and business objectives.

-          Support change management and stakeholder communication throughout the transformation.

Required Qualifications

-          5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or data transformation initiatives.

-          Experience managing data platform, business intelligence, or analytics projects.

-          Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems and data integration concepts.

-          Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including IT, Data Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.

-          Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

-          Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

-          Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

-          Experience with Tableau migration projects.

-          Experience implementing or managing projects involving Fivetran.

-          Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

•          PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
