Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for healthcare technology solutions and services.
- Develop relationships with C-suite, clinical, physician, nursing, financial, and operational leadership.
- Assess opportunities, competitive landscape, decision-makers, influencers, and organizational needs to develop account and deal strategies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships across both prospective and existing healthcare organizations.
- Deliver executive-level presentations, software demonstrations, and strategic business reviews.
- Manage an assigned territory and consistently work toward bookings and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare technology trends and issues affecting hospitals and health systems.
- Coordinate responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
- Partner internally to coordinate demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and complex enterprise sales opportunities.
- Travel approximately 50%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of direct sales, enterprise software sales, or sales engineering experience.
- Proven track record of closing business and achieving sales/bookings targets.
- Healthcare technology, EHR/EMR, hospital software, or health system sales experience strongly preferred.
- Experience developing relationships with senior healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
- Strong consultative and strategic selling capabilities.
- Excellent executive presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
