End Client: Wells Fargo for Charlotte NC (we are going through a prime vendor)
Interview: Initial interview followed by face to face after a virtual screening round.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong experience in the Payments and Banking/Financial domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building high-performance, scalable microservices using React, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB, with a deep understanding of payment processing systems and financial transaction workflows.
·Strong experience as a Core Java Developer (Java 8+) in Banking, Financial Services,
·Hands-on expertise in building microservices using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks
·Proven experience working on payment processing systems, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, or settlement
·Experience developing RESTful APIs for high-volume, low-latency financial applications
·Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven and real-time payment processing
·Strong working knowledge of MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases) and SQL databases
·Experience integrating with payment gateways, clearing systems, or external financial services
·Understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance requirements in banking/payment systems
·Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum environments
·Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus
