Required Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Enterprise Monitoring, APM, or Observability Engineering.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, configuration, and administration.

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Smartscape, and Davis AI.

• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Distributed Tracing.

• Strong knowledge of application and infrastructure dependency mapping.

• Experience monitoring Windows/Linux servers, databases, and distributed applications.

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace Query Language (DQL), dashboards, alerting, and anomaly detection.

• Experience with Real User Monitoring (RUM) and/or Synthetic Monitoring.

• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Dynatrace Grail and advanced analytics.

• OpenTelemetry and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

• Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and ITSM integrations.

• DevOps, SRE, and incident management experience.

• Dynatrace certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise Dynatrace observability solutions.

• Monitor applications, infrastructure, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot complex production issues.

• Configure dashboards, alerts, and proactive monitoring strategies.

• Improve application performance, service reliability, and incident resolution.
