We are seeking a mid to senior-level software developer to design, develop, maintain, and test software. The role involves collaboration with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment. The ability to achieve subject matter expertise on new applications is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python within a Big Data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business partners and development teams in an Agile setting.
- Test software to ensure quality and successful implementation.
- Perform data analysis, ensure data quality, and manage ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Automate processes and create visualizations for reporting purposes.
- Work with backend systems, shell scripting, and relational databases.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience working with Python and its ecosystem.
Technical Skills:- Programming experience with Python, SQL, and shell scripting (Unix).
- Proficiency in Hadoop fundamentals.
- Knowledge of ETL, PL/SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with data analysis and ensuring data quality.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines is desired.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Playwright is a plus.
