Position Overview
Seeking an enterprise-grade AWS Developer / Technology Lead with 8–10 years of experience to architect, design, and deploy cloud-native microservices applications on AWS. This 100% on-site role in Saint Louis, MO involves attaching a 15-minute screen recording submission with candidate profiles and participating in a Face-to-Face interview process. The engineer will build resilient Java and Spring Boot backend architectures, construct event-driven integrations, and develop AI-powered virtual assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation engines leveraging LLM and Generative AI cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
* Enterprise Application & Microservices Development: Design, code, and deploy secure, cloud-native microservices applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud ecosystem services.
* GenAI & Workflow Automation: Build AI-powered assistants, conversational chatbots, and intelligent workflow automation systems by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms.
* Integration & Event-Driven Architecture: Connect AI services and cloud applications to core enterprise backends using high-throughput REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architectures.
* Cross-Functional Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with product owners, enterprise architects, QA teams, DevOps leads, and business stakeholders across the entire software development lifecycle.
* Architecture Governance & Technical Mentoring: Lead technical design reviews, perform rigorous peer code reviews, enforce cloud security best practices, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
* Performance Tuning & Operational Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production latency, microservices scalability bottlenecks, and complex system infrastructure defects.

Required Skillset
* Experience: 8–10 years of professional software development experience in enterprise IT environments.
* Java & Microservices Stack: Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, microservices design patterns, and RESTful API engineering.
* AWS Cloud Platform: Hands-on experience building, containerizing, and managing cloud-native solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
* GenAI & LLM Integration: Practical experience developing AI assistants, chatbots, or workflow automations using LLM services and AI integration patterns.
* Diagnostic & Code Quality Depth: Strong track record conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and resolving production scalability issues.
