Role Summary
This role involves leading and managing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation programs, focusing on ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. The program manager collaborates closely with the Business Transformation Office (BTO) to ensure successful delivery, aligning project execution with strategic business transformation objectives. The individual is responsible for overseeing program governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to drive on-time, within-budget project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary program-level liaison, coordinating efforts across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and track the comprehensive program plan including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Facilitate governance forums such as steering committees, status reviews, and stage-gate approvals, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues across workstreams, implementing mitigation strategies and informing senior leadership.
  • Coordinate resource planning, capacity management, and staffing across functional and technical teams.
  • Prepare and deliver executive status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and budget tracking documentation.
  • Ensure alignment of project scope and delivery efforts with business transformation goals and expected outcomes.
  • Oversee organizational change management activities, partnering with change management resources to support stakeholder adoption.
  • Manage testing, training, and cutover processes, ensuring readiness and alignment across all workstreams.
  • Support vendor and system integrator accountability, including scope, timelines, and deliverable management.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, SCM, and/or HCM) in a program or PMO setting.
  • Familiarity operating within or alongside a Business Transformation Office (BTO) or enterprise-level PMO structure.
  • In-depth knowledge of program governance frameworks, RAID management, and stage-gate methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, including presentations to C-level leadership.
  • Holding a PMP, PgMP, or equivalent industry-recognized program management certification.
  • Experience managing multi-track Oracle Fusion implementations spanning ERP, SCM, and HCM is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's Unified Method (OUM) or similar implementation methodologies is advantageous.
  • Background in consulting or systems integration environments is desirable.
  • Familiarity with SaaS release cycles and their effect on program planning and delivery.

Publishing Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 USD Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
