Role Summary
This change management leadership role is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of change initiatives related to the go-live and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. The position involves collaborating with program and business teams to ensure that changes to ERP, SCM, and HCM environments are managed effectively, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The role requires a strategic approach to risk assessment, communication, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate a seamless transition for end users during critical project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Own the comprehensive change management process for Oracle Fusion system cutover activities, including documentation, stakeholder approvals, and sign-offs.
  • Conduct risk assessments on all cutover-related changes to safeguard system stability and business continuity during go-live and hypercare periods.
  • Lead regular change readiness reviews with the Program Manager, BTO, and workstream leads to review, prioritize, and sequence go-live activities.
  • Maintain detailed cutover documentation such as runbooks, go/no-go criteria, and rollback plans to support successful execution.
  • Analyze incidents during go-live and hypercare phases, supporting root cause analysis and issue resolution efforts.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to inform impacted stakeholders about change timing, scope, and impact.
  • Perform change impact assessments across ERP, SCM, and HCM workstreams prior to each cutover event to ensure comprehensive understanding and planning.
  • Prepare and present executive-level status reports on change readiness, risks, and performance metrics for program governance discussions.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change and cutover management processes, recommending enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate training and support activities to prepare end users, ensuring adoption and minimizing resistance during system transitions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, with a minimum of 2 years managing cutover and go-live activities within large-scale ERP transformation projects.
  • Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud system implementations, including ERP, SCM, and HCM modules.
  • Proven ability to develop and utilize cutover runbooks, go/no-go criteria, and rollback plans.
  • Skilled in leading change readiness reviews and securing stakeholder approvals across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and supporting hypercare efforts post-implementation.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL Change Management or Prosci ADKAR.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports for senior leadership.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work remotely with effective self-management and collaboration skills.

Publishing Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 USD Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
