Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery within technology programs and a proven ability to plan and execute program increments, drive cross-team delivery, and enable continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coach leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan, resource, manage risks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders to deliver technology projects aligned to objectives.
- Oversee strategic planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and technical alignment sessions with leadership, product, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams.
- Improve processes to increase quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC standards across Scrum Teams and the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Interpret and use portfolio, Release Train, and team-level metrics to guide outcomes.
- Track and report financial spend across funding lines.
- Model Agile and SAFe values and principles while fostering trust, learning, and open mindsets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.
- Proven delivery of technical projects across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with PI Planning and ART facilitation.
- Ability to manage financials, budgets, and funding lines.
- Background supporting global advertising and brand marketing initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, and coaching abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading Agile Release Trains in enterprise environments.
- Certification in SAFe (e.g., RTE, SPC) or Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM).
