Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing business systems to ensure seamless operations. This role requires a strong understanding of system functionalities, business processes, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing support to ensure business systems align with organizational goals and enable efficient workflows for end-users.
Diagnose and resolve system issues to optimize performance and usability, including conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
Perform operational tasks on a regular basis to maintain the functionality of business systems.
Develop and debug queries or reports to address programmatic issues and support complex data analysis needs.
Collaborate with teams to understand business functions and requirements, ensuring systems meet operational demands.
Identify opportunities for system improvements by leveraging knowledge of business processes and technology capabilities.
Assist in the implementation of new systems or enhancements, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
Coordinate tasks effectively to ensure timely execution of system-related projects and initiatives.
Communicate thoroughly with stakeholders to address application updates and technology challenges.
Prioritize and address technology issues impacting end-user productivity.
Requirements
At least five years of experience in systems analysis or business analysis, with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
Experience working with ERP platforms
Proficiency in working with business systems and CRM platforms.
Strong skills in gap analysis and AB testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and frameworks.
Expertise in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Solid understanding of database structures and system configurations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
