We are seeking a Product Manager responsible for the product planning and execution for Data Retention and Supervision technologies for Electronic Communication data. This role involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals. The position ensures that the product and communication efforts support the overall strategy of a large financial services enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for regulated messaging technologies.
- Understand and represent the needs and requirements of customers.
- Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- Drive new product enhancements and updates through the development lifecycle.
- Perform product demonstrations and orchestrate training for customers.
- Propose and manage budgets to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage core product positioning and messaging.
- Deliver monthly metrics including volume, savings, and expenses with forecasts.
- Run beta and proof-of-concept programs with early-stage products.
- Serve as an expert with respect to alternative or competing products.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 7+ years of experience as an Information Technology professional.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products.
- Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements for retention, supervision, and discovery of electronic communication.
- Prior experience in a high-volume production environment.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results with cross-functional teams.
Education:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Skills:- Strong understanding of the product management discipline.
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver messages to a wide spectrum of individuals with varying technical understanding.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Voice Network Portfolio products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a highly regulated financial institution.
- Product Management Certification.
- Experience with Archival, Messaging, Data Analytics, and Data Management technologies.
Compensation & Benefits
A pay rate of $50.00 to $53.56 per hour is offered. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
