Description
Primary Responsibilities Field Technicians will be responsible for the following SOW-driven activities: Perform end-user PC and endpoint device deployments at assigned clinical and corporate locations Support pilot deployments, full rollout execution, and post-deployment support activities Remove and properly stage legacy devices as part of device refresh activities Validate each deployment to ensure: o Device connectivity o Correct physical placement o Full device functionality Follow site-specific work instructions, deployment schedules, and access requirements Document issues encountered during deployment and escalate through defined technical and program escalation paths Maintain professional conduct while operating in regulated, patient-facing, or office environments Support quality assurance activities and site acceptance as required Deployment execution and validation expectations align with standardized delivery and QA practices used across device refresh programs. ________________________________________ Required Technical Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills Hands-on experience deploying laptops and desktop PCs in enterprise environments Experience validating client-provided system images (no image creation required) Peripheral setup and verification, including monitors, keyboards, mice, and docking stations Basic troubleshooting of device-level hardware and connectivity issues Familiarity with ticketing or issue documentation processes (formal tools may vary by client)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
