Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented Lead Product Designer to drive core user experience initiatives across our enterprise-scale platform. In this high-visibility role, your designs will directly shape the strategic direction of product experiences used by millions globally.

Because of the strategic priority and high-impact nature of these initiatives, your work will undergo direct, rigorous review by our Chief Executive Officer and senior executive team. You will be expected to defend design choices with strong user-centric logic, precise interaction models, and pixel-perfect execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive-Level Design Quality: Craft high-fidelity interaction flows, visual designs, and interactive prototypes tailored for executive review and immediate implementation.

  • CEO-Facing Design Reviews: Lead design presentations and discussions directly with the CEO, articulating design rationale, user impact, and alignment with overall business strategy.

  • Systematic Precision: Enforce and advance complex design systems, ensuring absolute precision, component consistency, and flawless visual polish across web and mobile surfaces.

  • Cross-Functional Ownership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics to translate complex technical constraints and business goals into seamless, intuitive user journeys.

  • Rapid Iteration & Problem Solving: Quickly synthesize feedback from executive leadership and user research into actionable, high-quality design iterations without losing momentum.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of product design experience leading end-to-end UX/UI across complex digital products at scale.

  • Track Record of Precision: A portfolio demonstrating obsessive attention to detail, micro-interactions, layout systems, and end-to-end user workflows.

  • Executive Presence: Proven ability to present, justify, and iterate on design work in front of C-suite executives, founders, or senior VP-level stakeholders.

  • Prototyping Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools to build real-feel interactions that effectively convey complex user flows.

  • Data & UX Reasoning: Ability to marry aesthetic excellence with quantitative metrics and qualitative research to justify design decisions.
