Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 8–10 years of experience and a strong background in commerce (eCommerce, digital commerce, marketplaces, or transactional platforms). This role requires a highly execution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can turn complex systems into simple, practical solutions.

You will play a critical role in driving product strategy, execution, and delivery while operating with high velocity and minimal bureaucracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for commerce-related initiatives.
  • Translate complex business and technical systems into clear, actionable product requirements and deliverables.
  • Drive rapid execution with a strong bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations, Business) to deliver scalable commerce solutions.
  • Operate effectively in environments with incomplete information and evolving priorities.
  • Make data-informed decisions while balancing speed and quality.
  • Simplify processes and remove friction to enable faster product delivery.
  • Provide strong leadership in ambiguous situations and align stakeholders around clear outcomes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of Product Management experience, with a strong commerce background.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale commerce or transactional platform solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute quickly with minimal process overhead.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect or incomplete information.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
