Looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to manage TA systems. Need someone with Smartrecruiters and i9/onboarding experience. 

 

Job Description:


seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support and manage Talent Acquisition (TA) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, along with hands-on experience integrating and managing SmartRecruiters and I-9/Onboarding processes. This role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operation, configuration, and optimization of the TA platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (TA) modules, including recruiting and onboarding.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize TA systems and workflows.
  • Integrate and support SmartRecruiters with existing HR systems.
  • Manage and support I-9 verification and onboarding processes within the HR ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements related to onboarding and employment verification.
  • Support system testing, updates, and enhancements.
  • Document configurations, processes, and system changes.

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting modules.
  • Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters integration or administration.
  • Experience with I-9 verification and onboarding systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Experience with HR system integrations and data management.
  • Previous experience supporting large enterprise HR systems.
