Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise application and systems project delivery, resource planning, and risk management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project and program work plans, revising as required to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and oversee day-to-day operational aspects and scope.
- Review team deliverables for quality prior to client submission and enforce project standards and methodology.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures to minimize exposure and risk.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Define, plan, and implement goals and milestones for application development and systems initiatives.
- Oversee analysis, design, execution, support, budgets, performance appraisals, and team selection for assigned projects.
- Apply standardized project management methodology to drive consistent, organized, and reliable delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP or CPM certification.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and scope management for application or systems projects.
- Demonstrated risk management, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and conducting deliverable reviews.
- 5+ years of formal project or program management experience using standardized methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in software development lifecycle, systems integration, or application support environments.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery frameworks and associated tools.
