Job DetailsJob Details:
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll have ownership of the schedule, budget, subcontractors, documentation, and overall project delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Manage commercial projects from start to finish
- Own budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals & change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, clients & architects
- Ensure projects stay safe, on schedule and within budget
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong PM experience with a commercial GC
- Ground-up and/or complex renovation experience
- Healthcare or other complex commercial project experience is a plus
- Procore experience preferred
