Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
Work hands‑on with Azure foundations supporting agents
Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‑launch
Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
Must Have :
Copilot Studio agent creation (not just Copilot Chat)
Strong Power Platform foundation
“If you don’t know Power Platform, you cannot build it.”
Hands‑on Azure experience
Azure backend / foundations used in this chatbot
Chatbot build experience with real examples
Support & troubleshooting mindset
Strong communication skills
Ability to be hands‑on (“worker bee”)
