Role: SAP UI/UX Solution Architect

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP UI/UX Solution Architect to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Fiori architecture, SAP UI5 development, and enterprise UX strategy, with proven experience delivering UI/UX architecture for at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will lead the design of modern, intuitive, scalable user experiences while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead the UI/UX architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

·         Define SAP Fiori architecture and UX strategy across multiple SAP business processes.

·         Design scalable SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and SAP best practices.

·         Architect and develop solutions leveraging SAP Gateway, OData Services, and CDS Views.

·         Design and configure SAP Fiori Launchpad and role-based navigation.

·         Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and enterprise architects.

·         Create UX standards, design principles, and reusable UI components.

·         Guide development teams on SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and responsive design.

·         Review technical designs and ensure compliance with SAP architecture standards.

·         Optimize application usability, accessibility, and performance.

·         Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership activities.

·         Mentor development teams and establish UI/UX best practices.

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

·         10+ years of SAP experience.

·         5+ years of SAP Fiori/UI5 architecture experience.

·         Experience serving as UI/UX Solution Architect on at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

·         Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Gateway, OData Services, CDS Views, SAP Fiori Launchpad

·         Strong programming experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

·         Experience designing enterprise-scale user experiences.

·         Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with SAP BTP.

·         SAP Fiori Elements experience.

·         SAP Build Apps / SAP Build Work Zone experience.

·         Knowledge of SAP RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).

·         Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

·         SAP Activate methodology experience.

·         Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

·         SAP UX certifications are a plus.
