Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP and Applications Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our enterprise platforms, with a primary focus on SAP S/4HANA and the broader enterprise application ecosystem. This critical, hybrid leadership role will support business transformation initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial operations, ensuring our systems enable operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is both strategically minded and hands-on — capable of driving ERP transformation while fostering collaboration between IT, business functions, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary IT leader and subject matter expert for the SAP S/4HANA ERP platform and related business processes.
  • Lead ERP transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process optimization.
  • Ensure ERP systems effectively support Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Commercial operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable ERP and application solutions.
  • Manage ERP-related projects across full lifecycle phases — from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and system integrators to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Oversee enterprise application performance and ensure continuous improvement and system alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain an enterprise applications roadmap supporting digital transformation and future technology initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Establish best practices in application lifecycle management, system upgrades, and change management.
  • Drive initiatives that leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities across enterprise systems.
  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to enhance reporting, automation, and data governance frameworks.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through digital tools and AI technologies.
  • Communicate technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language to diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a newly formed team of 5–6 resources, including Business Analysts, SAP Analysts, and a Data Analytics professional.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners, ensuring optimal delivery and value.
  • Support a global enterprise footprint, including potential international collaboration and travel (Europe, South America).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications or ERP platforms.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA or equivalent enterprise ERP systems.
  • Proven success leading ERP implementations or transformation programs.
  • Experience across key ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, data management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled applications, analytics platforms, and automation tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing teams, external vendors, and integration partners.
  • Skilled in organizational change management and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to bridge technical depth with strong business acumen — capable of engaging business leaders and translating complex IT solutions into strategic business value.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
