Manhattan WMS Administrator/Manhattan Active WMS Analyst/Manhattan WMS Functional Support Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manhattan SCALE WMS Configuration Analyst / Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and functional support of a Warehouse Management System (WMS). This is a hands-on functional role responsible for maintaining and enhancing the WMS environment while partnering with warehouse operations, business users, and IT teams to ensure efficient warehouse processes.

Candidates with Manhattan SCALE experience are highly preferred. Experience with Manhattan PKMS, Active®, or other Manhattan WMS platforms will also be considered.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS (preferred).
• Experience with Manhattan PKMS, Active®, or other Manhattan WMS platforms is acceptable.
• Experience configuring and administering Manhattan WMS.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

WMS Administration & Configuration

• Configure and administer the Manhattan WMS environment.
• Perform master file maintenance and customer setup.
• Configure warehouse operations, locations, and operational parameters.
• Maintain system configuration to support business and operational requirements.

Functional Support

• Provide day-to-day production support for warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional WMS issues.
• Support warehouse users with system-related questions and operational issues.
• Work closely with business users to improve system functionality.

Testing & System Enhancements

• Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and production deployments.
• Validate system changes before implementation.

Integration & Reporting

• Support integrations between WMS, ERP, and other warehouse applications.
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools for operational reporting and data validation.
• Assist in troubleshooting interface and integration issues.

Collaboration

• Partner with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Assist with end-user training and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

• 2–6 years of Manhattan WMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Manhattan SCALE (preferred)
  • Manhattan PKMS
  • Manhattan Active® (or similar Manhattan platform)
