SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Consultant
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Job Summary
The SAP O2C Specialist designs, configures, tests, and supports end-to-end sales and distribution processes within SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC. This role bridges business operations (sales, customer service, logistics, finance) with technical SAP modules to ensure smooth order processing, accurate pricing, timely deliveries, and clean financial postings.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain SAP SD/O2C settings, including sales document types, pricing procedures, credit management, availability checks (ATP), delivery processing, shipping, and billing.
* Requirements Gathering & Design: Partner with business stakeholders to run workshops, analyze operational pain points, translate needs into functional specifications (FSDs), and design scalable solutions.
* Cross-Module Integration: Manage data and process integration flows between SAP SD and adjacent modules such as MM (Materials Management), WM/EWM (Warehouse Management), and FI/CO (Financial Accounting / Controlling).
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Create test case scenarios, execute unit testing and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
* Defect Resolution & Ticketing: Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, service requests, and change requests (CRs) in a timely manner.
* Data Migration & Go-Live Support: Assist with master data migration (customer master, material pricing records), cutover tasks, and post-go-live hyper care support.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing SAP O2C / SD processes.
* System Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC SD; familiarity with SAP BTP, APIs, or EDI integrations is a plus.
* Functional Depth: Deep understanding of customer master data, sales order management, pricing/conditions, delivery/shipping, billing, and accounts receivable integration.
* Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate non-technical business requests into technical configurations and work across global or onshore/offshore teams.
