Your New Role

• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues

• Service rooftop units, split systems, and commercial refrigeration equipment

• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members

• Complete accurate service reports and required documentation

• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience, preferably in commercial HVAC

• EPA Certification required

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, and refrigeration equipment

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined or tight spaces

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to complete service documentation accurately
