Summary

We are seeking a tenured corporate governance professional with experience across the entity lifecycle within the context of an investment manager to Drive and set up delivery.

10+ years of experience in US entity compliance and board support in the context of an Asset Manager

Preferable experience working in a large law firm or other service provider

Experience with HCue as an entity management platform

Knowledge of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within an investment manager firm and cross functional dependencies for entity compliance within an Asset Manager
