Our client is seeking a Analyst II - Digital Analytics in Raleigh, NC.
Role Description
The Analyst II-Digital Analytics position is responsible for delivering actionable insights on performance, usage, adoption, and trends across digital platforms (e.g., public website, online and mobile banking). This role requires demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics and a passion for using data to tell a story, influence decisions, and optimize digital experiences. The analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reports using industry-leading tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI), conduct deep-dive analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member engagement and drive business outcomes. Breakdown in responsibilities include: (35 %) Use Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret data related to digital platform performance, user behavior, and engagement trends. Ensure data accuracy through tag validation and collaboration with development teams.
(25 %) Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools, in partnership with senior team members. Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training to support team continuity.
(20 %) Collaborate with digital product, UX, marketing, IT, and stakeholders to define KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
(10 %) Support A/B testing and multivariate testing efforts through setup, tracking, and performance analysis.
(10 %) Description of responsibility
(10 %) Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics and user experience measurement to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements
2+ years of expertise in digital analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a digital environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred. Tableau is what company uses.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently analyze data and present insights.
Experience with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of database querying tools (e.g., SQL) or similar data management tools.
Experience on medium to large scale, cross-functional projects are a plus
Experience in financial service or another regulatory industry.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., Target, AEM).
Understanding digital marketing metrics and/or journey analysis.
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or tag management tools is a plus
